Salem will be competing in the Cahokia Conference one final year. They will open the season August 29th with the annual Shrine Game at home against Centralia. The schedule also features non conference games at home against Olney and on the road at Mattoon and Charleston. They will travel in the league to Wood River, Breese Central and Freeburg with home games against Roxana and Columbia.
After the Shrine Game, the Orphans will host Collinsville and Waterloo before traveling to Granite City. They will have Conference games at Carbondale and Cahokia while hosting Marion and Mt Vernon while they will also host the Hearts of Effingham in out of conference play on Senior night for CHS.
