A 21-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced in Marion County Court to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to felony domestic battery.
Armani Moore of South Locust was charged with the offense of tackling and pushing a family member to the ground on May 12th of this year. The charge was a felony and eligible for extended sentencing due to a prior domestic battery conviction. When getting out of prison, he’ll have to complete four years of mandatory supervised release.
A charge of aggravated battery from the same incident was dropped as part of the plea.
