Two prisoners at the Marion County Jail where charged with two counts apiece of aggravated battery to a cellmate in Marion County Court on Tuesday.
22-year-old Tahj Billberry of Hickory Ridge apartments in Centralia and 36- year-old Aaron Hubbard of East Gragg in Centralia are both accused in the charges of knowingly striking the cellmate in the face braking his nose. The two had the public defender appointed on the additional charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 8th.
The two remain in custody on the new charges as well as their original charges. Hubbard is being held on a theft case and Billberry for aggravated battery and mob action.
