An 18-year-old Mt. Vernon man refused hospital treatment Tuesday afternoon for injuries sustained when his car ran off Route 37 south of Fosters Salvage south of Salem.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Sabastian Rodriguez of Bakersville Road ran off the west side of the road, hit a culvert, flipped in the air, and rolled several times before landing on the passenger side of the vehicle. Rodriguez was able to get out of the vehicle on his own. He then declined hospital treatment.
The crash occurred at 2:46 Tuesday afternoon.
