A 35-year-old Salem woman was arrested following a foot chase with Salem Police Monday night. Police originally tried to stop Nicole Dutton of Lamar Drive while she was walking on Mitchell Street because she was wanted on a felony no bond Marion County failure to appear warrant. Instead of stopping, she began running, crossing South Broadway and eventually traveling down the railroad tracks. Dutton stopped when police threatened to tase her. In addition to the warrant, Dutton was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest.
Centralia Police took 44-year-old Josh Turner of Locust Street in Centralia into custody for possession of methamphetamine, violation of bond, and criminal trespass to state supported property.
Centralia Police arrested 34-year-old Dale Mandrell of North Krupp Lane in Centralia for domestic battery.
A 34-year-old Girard man, Shane Bell, was returned to the Marion County Jail via prisoner transport on an outstanding Marion County no bond felony failure to appear in court warrant.
