Centralia Police have arrested a 43-year-old Centralia woman for domestic battery. Candie Napoli of North Poplar Street was taken to the Marion County Jail.
20-year-old Tyler Davis, who told Sandoval Police he was homeless, was arrested for two counts of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department arrested 51-year-old Michael Flannigan of South Locust in Sandoval for possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.
Three others remain in custody on outstanding Marion County no bond failure to appear warrants. Odin Police arrested 59-year-old Robert Allen of Perkins Street in Odin on a major traffic warrant. Two Indianapolis, Indiana men were returned from out of state on outstanding felony warrants. They are 19-year-old Demeir Owens and 30-year-old Kentreal Brisco.
