The Class 1a baseball sectionals will begin today. Altamont is the site as Nokomis will take on Casey at 4pm followed by South Central and Pawnee at 6:30.
The Christ Our Rock Stallions will take on the top ranked Griffins of Father McGivney at Greenville University starting at 4pm followed by Waterloo Gibault and Hardin Calhoun.
At Cobden, Waltonville takes on Hardin County followed by Goreville and Steeleville.
In 2a sectionals at Teutopolis, the host Shoes take on Breese Central at 4pm followed by St Anthony and Columbia. At DuQuoin, the hosts take on Harrisburg followed by West Frankfort and Pinckneyville.
