The Stallions of Christ Our Rock made it 4 straight regional titles winning on their home diamond on Saturday beating Marissa/Coulterville 11-3.

Colton Cartright went 4-4 in the winning effort. Cartright gave the Stallions the early lead with an RBI single in the second inning. A sac fly by Christian Nollman extended their lead to 2-0 in the third.

The big blow with Christ Our Rock scoring five runs on five hits in the top of the fourth. Garrett Denton singled home two runs, Noah Kenley then drove in a run with another scoring on an error.

Brayden Albert was the starting pitcher going five innings giving up six hits and no earned with 3 strikeouts. Jayden Bazile worked the final innings in relief.

The Stallions advance to the Greenville University Sectional where they will play the top team in Class 1a, Father McGivney at 4pm with Gibault and Hardin Calhoun following at 6:30.
