The Centralia Orphans are South 7 Tennis Champions winning the title over the weekend. Alkis Sekas won the #1 singles and joined Reed Ashford to win the top doubles flight. Thomas Ha and Peyton Cole were also #1 in their flights. Ethan Samples and Cash Meyer were 4th in #1 doubles with Justus Edson and Ogden Bennett 3rd at #2.
The post season for prep tennis is this week. The 1a Herrin Sectional on Friday will feature Salem and Centralia along with Mt Vernon and others. Flora will compete at the Olney Sectional.
