The Centralia Foundation has announced the recipients of their annual scholarships for 2025.

Jim Rueter, the scholarship chairman for the Centralia Foundation, announced that the total this year will be $248,049.

Scholarships are presented each year from several different funds established over many years. The Centralia Foundation currently has 19 separate scholarship funds under their management. There are three separate committees established to review all of the applications received to determine the award winners. Each fund has its own set of criteria that the scholarship committees must adhere to, and it is always difficult to choose the final recipients. The committees try to help out as many students as they can, and are very pleased to state that the vast majority of students who applied received some assistance.
