The Village of Kell invites everyone to the military flag display dedication ceremony which will be held on May 17 at 2 p.m. on the village hall grounds. The ceremony will be dedicated to Kell’s late village hall trustee Jack Woodward. The ceremony will also be recognizing all military branches, and all veterans past or present from all over.
The presenting speakers will be Shawn Woodward and Ron Alvis. There will also be the retirement of current American flags, and the presentation of old retired American flags. The meaning of the 13 folds will also be presented to all in attendance.
Everyone is welcome to bring lawn chairs, and refreshments will be served.
