Marion knocked off Centralia 6-2 on the Orphans Senior Day.
Aiden Endres singled home a run to tie the game at 1 in the first. Marion would take a 2-1 lead in the fourth and would break the game open with 4 runs in the 7th. Archie Goewey homered in the 7th to account for the other Orphan run. Endres went 2-3 to lead Centralia. Michael Organ added a single.
Archie took the loss going all 7 innings allowing 7 hits and 6 runs, 5 earned. Centralia will travel to Fairfield today.
The 5 Orphans seniors honored were Austin Arthur, Aiden Endres, Xavier Koch, Drake Fahringer and Deacon Snow.
