Yesterday, Neoga traveled to Lions Field and knocked off South Central 3-2. Neoga got on the board in the first inning scoring 2 runs including a home run from Matt Propst. Kanen White was the winning pitcher giving up one hit and no runs striking out 7 over 4 innings. Trevan Sidwell took the loss going .2 allowing 3 runs on 4 hits with 6 strikeouts. Luke Shumate, Seth Jones and Colton Smith each had a hit. SC is 10-11 on the season.
After having yesterday’s road game at Roxana moved to today due to rain, the Wildcats will hit the road to play the Shells today with first pitch scheduled for 4pm.
