The Odin School Board has reorganized with Michael Hoover re-elected board President.

Beau Parrish was elected vice president, Nancy Buchdoldt Secretary, and Rudie Walker Treasurer.

Robert Moore was seated as a new board member, but Superintendent Belinda Kirgan says he has served in the past and she is happy to bring his expertise back to the board.

Moore replaced Patrick Dagg who received a plaque for ten years of service on the board.

In other action, the board accepted the resignation of Tyler Bivans as a para-professional and Donna Bailey as a special education teacher.

The board hired Michael Wright as physical education and drivers education teacher.

Parrish was appointed to the Kaskaskia Special Education District Board.

The board agreed to replace team uniforms every four years on a rotating basis.  One new hat will be allowed per player for baseball each year.

A special meeting has been set for May 19th at 5:30 pm to discuss health insurance plans.
