A 36-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to felony theft of air conditioning units from a West Second Street address last July.
Nicholas White of South Cherry was also ordered to make $5,956 restitution and complete one year mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison. He’ll get credit for time already served. A charge of criminal damage to property to the same air conditioners was dropped as part of the plea.
The three-year prison term will run concurrently with a sentence handed down in Jefferson County on a petition to revoke his probation on an unlawful possession of methamphetamine charge.
