The Salem 9u won the Spring for the Ring Tournament going 3-0 this weekend running their record to 8-1 overall.
Salem opened the tournament with a 12-1 in over the Predators. Jace Alden struck out 10 and walked just 1. Ryder Mulvany, Keagan Webster and Alden had a hit to lead Salem with Mulvany and Alden driving in 2 runs.
Salem then beat the Sugar Creek Flamingos 5-2. Mulvany drove in 3 runs and Greyson Dodson added an RBI. Judah Webb and Beckham Detmer pitched in the win.
Salem then finished with an 11-5 win over the SC Storm Chasers. Mulvany led Salem with 3 RBI, Keaton Litteken added 2 hits as well.
