Mykal Leif Moore, formerly of Centralia and St. Louis, Missouri, passed away March 24, 2025, in Fort Myers, Florida.
He was born in Centralia on September 9, 1980, to Michael Moore and Margaret Gay (Knott) Moore.
Survivors include his father, Michael Moore of Ballwin, MO; mother, Margaret Moore of Centralia; children, Emery, Josephine and Fletcher Moore all of Imperial, Missouri; sister, Megan Colburn and husband Thomas of Raymond, Washington; nephew, Jackson Colburn of Raymond, Washington; aunt, Nancy Starr and husband David of Centralia; uncles, Barry Knott and wife Penny of Centralia and Garry Knott and girlfriend Denise Ladyman also of Centralia; and several cousins and great cousins.
Mykal was preceded in death by his sister, Marcey Moore; grandparents, Lester and Betty Moore and Alfred and Mary Knott, all of Centralia.
He will be missed but never forgotten by his family.
Mykal will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park next to his sister. A Private Family Ceremony will be held at a later date.
