Althoff Grad Takes Over For Crusaders Basketball

Belleville Althoff boys basketball has a new coach, former player and 2000 graduate Doug McMorris will take over for coach Greg Leib.  In his playing career, McMorris scored over 1000 points and is currently 3^rd all time at Althoff in scoring.  He started as an assistant coach under Leib in 2009 where he was a part of the development of the players and program that eventually led to a 2015 state runner up and 2016 state title.  Leib announced his retirement after leading the Crusaders to a 2^nd place finish this past season at the 2a state tournament.
