Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies report one injury when a pickup truck collided with a motorcycle on Nation Road at the Branch Road intersection southwest of Salem Wednesday night.
Initial information indicates the motorcyclist, 39-year-old Curtis Branch of State Route 37 in Salem, was transported to Salem Township Hospital by United Medical Response. The driver of the pickup, 66-year-old Ronnie Dodson of Norton Road in Salem, was not injured.
No details are yet available on how the crash occurred. It was reported at 5:46 Wednesday night. The Salem Fire Protection District was called to the scene to assist.
