Trey Clark took 1st in discus with a 135-09 throw, while Silas Lux won shot put with a PR of 47-01. Avery Gullion placed 3rd in high jump at 5’10”, and Payton Gullion followed in 4th at 5’8”.
Riley Tate grabbed 4th in both long jump (17’9.75) and triple jump (37’4”).
The 4×200 team of Keele, Clark, Thompson, and Spencer placed 6th in 1:39.53. Jace Morton ran a PR of 47.34 in the 300 hurdles.
The 4×400 squad of P. Gullion, Thompson, A. Gullion, and Spencer took 2nd with a time of 3:39.13. The foursome is now within striking distance of the sophomore record of 3:36.10 set in 1998.
Varsity is back Friday at Mascoutah. Fresh/Soph compete at home next Tuesday.
