Christ Our Rock was 2nd at the East Alton Wood River Invitational out of 22 teams and only had 15 individuals participating.
Landyn Mitchell had a great outing. He won the 110 hurdles (15.11) and broke his own meet record set last year. He also won the 300m hurdles breaking the meet record in that event as well running 41.29. He was 2nd in the long jump and 2nd in the 100m scoring 36 points on the day.
Carson Pigg was 2nd in the 3200 and 3rd in the 1600. Isaiah Lyons broke his own school record in the 400 in 54.37 placing 4th and was 7th in the 200.
