The Centralia City Council unanimously upheld Mayor Bryan Kuder’s decision to revoke the tobacco license of Evermore Smoke, Inc. doing business as Vape Central at 224 North Elm Street.

Kuder had revoked the license after they were allegedly caught selling tobacco products to an underage person.   The company appealed, bringing the issue to the Centralia City Council.  There are no further appeals available.

Vape Central can remain open but just isn’t allowed to sell tobacco products.
