The Patoka junior high track team competed. Kru Cain won the long jump and was 3rd in the 800. River Huffman was 2nd in the 200 and Lemmy Kuhn runner up in the high jump. Maybree Goldsboro was 3rd in the 800 and 2nd in the mile.
In middle school track, Brody Hutchcraft broke a 49 year old record at Cisne Middle School as he leaped 5-ft 8-inches in the high jump, breaking the mark of 5-ft 6.75-inches. The meet was held at Flora and this is his first season competing in the high jump.
Aviston mile runner Myla McAllister set a new school record in the race in a time of 5:34.
