Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Beverly Gould.
Kathryn was a beautiful lady that always saw the best in people. She was quick to truly listen, not trying to fix what might feel broken, but sitting and lovingly supporting without judgement. Kathryn was a most amazing Mom who could not have been more proud of the adults her children had become. She was a woman of faith, serving at Crossroads Church in Centralia, where she helped with bookkeeping and was available for any other need. Balloon Fest was a favorite activity, where she enjoyed crafts, balloons, and the variety of food. Kathryn had a green thumb when it came to her roses, and she was an avid reader. She loved horses and liked to watch the horse races, cheering for her pick to win. Kathryn’s heart was full of love for her grandchildren. She supported them at their sporting events, and she loved to give them gifts she had crocheted. Kathryn was loyal, kind, had a good sense of humor, and simply made the world a better place. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
A celebration of life service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia. Relatives and friends are welcome to a visitation time to offer fond memories of Kathryn to her family from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home in Centralia.
