Salem Township Hospital has set Thursday, April 24th for the next wellness program where you will be able to purchase low cost blood test vouchers.
The program will work the same as in the fall when you can drive through under the front canopy to purchase vouchers from hospital employees that will come up to your vehicle. The hours will be seven am to five pm.
The cost of the vouchers is the same as in past years, $40 for Executive Profile and $25 each for PS and Hemoglobin A1c.
The vouchers have no expiration date. They can be redeemed at the Salem Township Hospital lab from 6 am to 6:30 pm seven days a week.
