A 62-year-old Centralia man died at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia after his vehicle ran off the road near Broadway and Lincoln in Centralia and hit a sign before coming to a stop.
Marion County Coroner Claude Howell identified the man as Donald May. The coroner reports May had a history of heart disease and died as a result of myocardial infarction and had no injuries from the crash.
The crash occurred at around five Tuesday evening. May was pronounced dead at the hospital at 5:49 Tuesday night.
