Beverly A. Coberly, 87, of Mt. Vernon, IL, passed away at 12:02 pm March 14, 2026, at Countryside Manor in Mount Vernon, IL. She was born December 7, 1938, in Mt Vernon, IL to Earl York and Stella (Bruce) York.
Beverly is survived by her daughters, Theresa (David) Ile of Mt. Vernon, IL, Andrea (Rockie) Borcherding of Iuka, IL, Susan (Steve) Chrostoski of Herrin, IL, Deanna Sledge (Chris Braden) of Mt. Vernon, IL; Grandchildren, Levi (Kyla) Borcherding, Cody (Rachel) Borcherding, Trevor (Phoebe) Ile, Landon (Heather) Ile, Jessica (Kyle) McMahon, Allison Sledge and Fiance Nathan Anselment, Dylan, Lexi, Riley, Reid Chrostoski; Great Grandchildren, Hallie, Ashton, Andi, Hunter Borcherding, Harper, Hudson, Brewer Ile, Natalie, Jordyn McMahon; Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
Beverly was preceded in death by her Parents and Sister, Marsha Raupp.
She was a devoted member of Central Christian Church.
A Visitation will be held Monday, March 23, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, IL. Memorials may be made in Beverly’s honor to Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
