Two graduated from Marion County Drug Court on Friday.

45-year-old Michael Swickard of Centralia had been charged with delivery of meth, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine before pleading guilty and being placed into drug court.

32-year-old Blossom Plumb of South Jefferson in Salem had pleaded guilty to a felony retail theft charge due to a prior conviction to get into drug court.

Judge Mark Stedelin found the two both had completed all terms and conditions of the drug court program before dismissing the charges against them with prejudice.
