Ezra Malakai Parsakis, deeply loved and forever cherished, passed away after five precious days of life. Though his time here was brief, he filled the hearts of those around him with a love that will endure for a lifetime.
Ezra was the beloved son of Vanessa Parsakis and Connor Rodgers. From the moment he entered this world, he was surrounded by tenderness, hope, and immeasurable love. In his short time, he brought a light that will never fade and a bond that can never be broken.
During his days here, Ezra was held close and loved deeply by his mother, Vanessa, who spent precious, quiet moments filled with warmth, connection, and a love that will last forever. Though their time together was far too short, the bond they shared was profound and unbreakable.
He is preceded in death by his great-great-grandmother, Bobbie Gamble; his great-grandmother, Maggie Lee Little; his great-grandfather, Robert Rodgers; and his great-grandmother, Tanga Rodgers, who now hold him in eternal peace.
He is lovingly remembered by his grandparents, Melissa Parsakis and Tenaucah Little, and Teresa Rodgers-Boyce and Scotty Boyce; his great-grandparents, Sherry and Gary Hodge; his grandparents, Jim and Debbie Boyce; his aunt, Nikki Harding; his aunts and uncles, Teona Weatherspoon, Eugene Weatherspoon, Tavis Parsakis, Anthony Little, Kalena Little, Kendall Collier, Victoria Boyce, Tristin Boyce, Breanna Boyce, Jacob Boyce, and Jayda Blackman; and his cousins, Tamier Weatherspoon, Ivey Weatherspoon, and Aysia Parsakis.
Ezra’s life, though brief, leaves a lasting imprint on all who love him. He will always be remembered for the joy he brought, the dreams he inspired, and the deep love he created in just a few days. While he is no longer in our arms, he will forever remain in our hearts.
A private service will be held to honor and remember Ezra’s life.
