The Salem Wildcats tennis team continues play tomorrow at the Triad Tournament. Salem opened the season with an 8-1 win over Mt Vernon. Jarrett Rushing, Juan Diez, Carson Huggins, Kyler Sapp, Kayden Stephens and Jackson Greene helped Salem sweep the six singles matches. They also got wins from doubles teams Caleb Squibb/Noah Gaston as well as Zyan Petrea/Dominic Ezell.
Centralia opened with a 9-0 win over Fairfield. Singles winners were Alkis Sekas, Reed Ashford, Thomas Ha, Peyton Cole, Ethan Samples and Justus Edson. Also winning were the doubles teams of Ashford/Cole, Sekas/Ha and Samples/Edson.
