Central City Police have arrested 26-year-old Sharesa Houser of Howard Street in Centralia for waking in the roadway, resisting police, disorderly conduct, and possession of under five grams of meth. She was taken to the Marion County Jail pending a decision on formal charges. Houser was arrested on identical charges this weekend when she was released on a notice to appear.
A 54-year-old Centralia man, Kerry Dowell of Poplar Street, was arrested by Centralia Police on a no bond Perry County DUI warrant.
