A Beelman Concrete Tandem truck left the Green Street Road near Westline Road during the noon hour on Friday, overturning on its side in the roadside ditch.
The driver, 28-year-old Cody Callahan of Charlotte Street in Central City, told a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy he had been sick and doesn’t remember what happened before the truck crashed.
Callahan was taken by private vehicle to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment of apparent minor injuries.
The crash was reported at 12:05 Friday afternoon. The Green Street Road wasn’t reopened to traffic until around three o’clock on Friday afternoon.
