A 40-year-old Centralia man has been charged in Marion County Court with unauthorized videotaping of a victim under 18.
Brooks Simpson of Meadowbrook Drive was arrested by Centralia Police Tuesday night at his home after they receive a call from the alleged victim’s mother. He’s being held in the Marion County Jail until a first court appearance expected Wednesday afternoon.
Centralia Police say while they had enough evidence to get the one charge filed, the investigation into Simpson’s activity is just beginning.
