A condemned vacant mobile home was destroyed by fire Friday morning in Centralia.
Centralia City Firemen say flames were coming through the roof of the home at 1403 South Elm upon their arrival just before six am. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
Since no other buildings were threatened the fire department let the mobile home burn down to the ground.
All available Centralia City Firemen were called in. The Centralia Fire Protection District provided mutual aid on the scene. Sandoval stood by at the west side Centralia fire station in the event of another fire.
The fire call came in at 5:53 Friday morning. Firemen were on the scene until eight am.
