Many government offices are closed Monday for the President’s Day Holiday.
That includes Salem and Centralia City Halls, but garage collection in each city will remain on the regular schedule. Courthouses around the region and most federal and state offices are also closed. There is no home mail delivery and schools and financial institutions are closed.
