Salem Police arrested 28-yea-rold Austin Arnold of West Lake in Salem for possession of under five grams of methamphetamine and on a Marion County misdemeanor no bond failure to appear warrant. Police located Arnold outside a home in the 500 block of West Boone where he was arrested on the warrant. The drug charge was added after a small amount of meth was located.
A 34-year-old Carlinville man, Shane Bell, was transported back to the Marion County Jail on an outstanding Marion County felony no-bond failure to appear warrant.
