A 32-year-old Odin man has been arrested for alleged criminal sexual assault with the threat or use of force and multiple counts of domestic battery.
Wamac Police had been seeking David Bosler of Norton Road since a September 13th incident. After receiving a tip from the Marion County Sheriff’s app that Bosler was at a home on East Lyford Street, Salem Police initially arrested him on an unrelated no bond misdemeanor warrant for larceny.
Wamac Police say a 20-year-old woman called to report the sexual assault by a boyfriend at the home where she resided at the time in Wamac. Police report she received multiple injuries to her head and body as well as being forced to commit sex acts. The alleged victim was taken to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment of injuries.
