Centralia Police have arrested 40-year-old Tia Beyers of East Messenger in Patoka on a no bond St. Clair County warrant. She was taken to the Marion County Jail to await transfer to St. Clair County.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 34-year-old Brittany Chaulkus of Selmaville Road in Salem for alleged driving under the influence. A deputy was following up on a reckless driving complaint when Chaulkus’ car was reportedly found in the ditch at Selmaville and McCoy Roads. There were no injuries.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies took a report of a laptop being stolen from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of North Merritt Street in Odin. The investigation has been turned over to Odin Police.
