Centralia Police have arrested 29-year-old Nikkitta Campbell of South Locust in Centralia on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant for aggravated battery to a police officer. She was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on charges and a first appearance in court.
Salem Police arrested 23-year-old Samuel Higgins of East Oglesby in Salem for alleged domestic battery.
