A 32-year-old Iuka man has been arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for reckless discharge of a firearm and two counts of domestic battery.
Tyler Powless of Kasznel Road is accused of firing a gun in a pole barn Sunday morning during an altercation.
Marion County Sheriff Kevin Cripps says the shots were shot away from those involved. The domestic battery arrest was made after he allegedly pushed two people.
Powless was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on formal charges and a first appearance in court.
