The Salem Lady Wildcats will open up the Benton Christmas Classic this morning at 10:30 when they take on Mt Zion. The winner will play Mt Vernon who will get a tune up with the Benton JV in the opening round game of the day at 9. The winners will play tomorrow at 9am in the main gym.
Also today, Vienna and Carterville will play at noon followed by Carbondale and Hamilton County at 1:30. Civic Memorial tips with Frankfort at 3 followed by Harrisburg and Olney at 4:30, then Carlyle and Herrin at 6 and the final game of the day will be Triad and Benton at 7:30.
