The Edwards County Lions won their first ever Conrad Allen Tournament with their championship win over North Clay 64-51 Saturday night. Webber Township took 3rd place beating Wayne City 65-52. Grayville beat Crab Orchard for 5th place 79-55, Thompsonville took 7th place beating Cisne 55-41 and Sandoval got a forfeit win over Lovejoy in the 9th place game.
The All Tournament Team included Sandoval’s Quentin Heinzmann, North Clay’s Cody Zimdars, Mason Byers and Carder Walden; Nathaniel Marlow of Webber, Jake Hosman and Zach Leavens of Grayville; Jax Duncan, Owen Grimes and Evan Rhodes of Edwards County; James Walker of Wayne City.
