Franklin Park boys hosted Casey Mount Vernon for the annual Pink Out game with as Salem teacher Abby Etnier and her family was honored. On the court, the varsity Bobcats earned a 42-36 victory. Zane Applegate had 15 and Owen Tennyson 14 to lead Salem. The night started with the JV getting an overtime win 24-21. The JV Bobcats were down 18-9 after three quarters. Ben Lux had 9 and Emit Gibson 8.
Cano’s 32 Leads Selmaville To A Win
The Selmaville Rockets beat Bluford 55-47. Corey Cano exploded for 32 points in the game for the Rockets with 19 in the opening two quarters. Rafe James chipped in 10.
Tonight, the Centralia Tigers will host Carterville. The SC Falcons are at home against North Clay.
