The Salem City Council Monday night will be asked to ratify and reapprove the Tax Increment Financing District Sale and Redevelopment Agreement with CEPT Properties, LLC and Air Apply, LLC to renovate and reuse the former Save-a-Lot building on West Main Street. The building will be utilized for sales and service of drones used in spraying and agricultural applications.
Mayor Nick Farley is recommending Jill Combs be named as the new city treasurer.
An executive session is on the agenda to discuss personnel, with potential action after the closed meeting.
The meeting begins at six Monday night at Salem City Hall.
