The Franklin Park Bobcats will host Effingham. They opened the Benton Tournament yesterday with the varsity winning 51-49. Owen Tennyson led the balanced attack with 13. Zane Applegate added 11 and Liam Shober 10. The Salem JV also won 32-27. Kaiden Washington scored 10 and Ben Lux 8 in the win.
The SC Falcons play in Junior NTC play at Windsor/Stew-Stras.
Last night, the St Mary/Willow Grove Wildcards improved to 10-2 on the season with a 51-47 win over Raccoon. Blaise Schwartz had 18 in the win, Jimmy Gaston added 15. In the loss, John Organ had 28 and Keegan Brammeier 15. The Jv Wildcards also won 41-30.
Selmaville beat Odin 50-15 behind 16 points from Corey Cano and 8 from Hayden Thompson and Rafe James. Messiah Rigney led Odin with 9. Selmaville also won the JV game 47-45. Isaac Knapp had 19 for Selmaville and Kasen Harris added 14. Finley scored 19 for Odin in the loss.
