A 49-year-old Centralia woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash on West Main Street near the Ohio Street intersection late Friday morning.

Salem Police say Lori Dailey of Patriot Road apparently experienced a medical issue when she drove off West Main into the yard of a residence.  Her pickup truck overturned on the driver’s side.  A Salem Public Works employee who was in the area was able to knock out the glass in a window to help get Dailey out.

She was taken to Salem Township Hospital by United Medical Response where she was transferred to a medical helicopter to be flown to a regional hospital for treatment.  Police believe most of Dailey’s problems where from medical issues.

The crash occurred at 11:44 Friday morning.
