A 63-year-old Salem woman has been injured in a one car crash in the 2900 block of Red Stripe Road west of Selmaville Road southwest of Salem.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Donna Garrison of Watson Lane ran off the road and hit a power pole when swerving to miss a deer.
The Salem Fire Protection District was called, but Garrison was out of the vehicle before they arrived.
Garrison was transported to Salem Township Hospital via United Medical Response.
The crash occurred at 9:30 Wednesday night.
