Two Sandoval residents have been formally charged in Marion County Court with an October burglary at a rural Centralia home.
51-year-old Michael Flanagan of Isle Street and 42-year-old Alicia Hodge of East Commercial were both arrested at the building in the 600 block of Jeff Road southeast of Centralia but had been released pending the filing of formal charges. Both were also charged with misdemeanor and criminal trespassing to property. Flanagan was also charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine.
Both had a public defender appointed to represent him. The two were released on pre-trial release conditions. A preliminary hearing for Flanagan was set for December 17th and for Hodge on December 5th.
