At the Lady Bobcat Invitational last night, Franklin Park’s defense was stellar in their 45-7 win over Carlyle. Maci Susmena led the team in scoring with 12, Lexie Malan added 9, Kenna Benjamin 7 and Lilli Myers 6. Salem will finish up tournament action on Friday against Olney. A win and Salem would clinch the championship.
In regular season play, Central City beat Raccoon 40-11. Alli Bierman led the Citians with 13 and Aubrey Cullip added 8. Raccoon was led by Kylie Hall with 6.
Nashville beat All Saints 44-25, Okawville in overtime over Bartelso 41-33.
South Central knocked off Sandoval on the road 32-9. SC will play at Woodlawn tonight.
