A 36-year-old Salem man has been arrested for alleged domestic battery and on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant. Salem Police say there were called to the home of Randolph Bisconti of Salem Mobile Home Park Thursday night when receiving information about an altercation. Police report Bisconti had allegedly shoved two juveniles when trying to get a phone away from one of them. He was taken to the Marion County Jail.
35-year-old Jessica Murray of Carbondale was arrested on an outstanding no bond Marion County warrant for failure to appear for aggravated battery and obstructing identification charges.
55-year-old Jerald Phillips of East Broadway in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County misdemeanor failure to appear warrant.
